One of the stars of authentic Catalan cuisine, the butifarra (a typical Catalan sausage) has a new space in Barcelona dedicated specifically to it. Butifarring is an establishment that opened this past 28th of November near the Plaza de Sant Jaume, at Calle Call 26.
The concept, thought of by the business partners Enric Camps, Albert Gomez, Enric Jimenez, Sara Martínez and Ferran Gómez, offers premium gourmet sausage sandwiches for the most discerning palates not willing to give up traditional flavor. Without a doubt it will become the best option in town to find sausage sandwiches thanks to its degree of specialization and high quality raw materials.
At the opening party we not only enjoyed Butifarring’s sandwiches, but also got to know its location which boasts of two spacious, light and airy floors where you can spend time enjoying its varied menu of gourmet sandwiches available both to eat in the restaurant, and also to take away.
In addition, Butifarring also offers product tastings, events for groups and have their own idea labs to continue working on possible new specialties all faithful to tradition.
