This month United Nude presents an exhibition and Pop-Up Shop at the London location of well-known British department store Selfridges. United Nude, known for its elegant and innovative designs, celebrates imagination together with Selfridges during the store’s Festival of Imagination.

For the festival, United Nude features its avant-garde designs that blur boundaries between fashion and architecture. The exhibition aims to promote the integration of imagination and creativity in the world of fashion and design.

As Co-founder and Creative Director of United Nude, Rem D. Koolhass affirms, imagination is key to the design process. “Without imagination things simply could not be designed. To imagine means to re-think, to dream and to invent.”

Open until the 9th of February, United Nude’s exhibition and Pop-Up Shop showcase the brand’s creativity in a modern art installation that not only creates an ideal atmosphere to present its original designs, but also provides an amazing shopping experience for customers.

The Pop-Up Shop boasts of a varied selection of United Nude shoes; from the brand’s collaborations with designer Iris Van Herpen, known for pushing the boundaries of Haute Couture, and who’s Fang Booties can be seen in the Hunger Games: Catching Fire; as well as the Nova Shoes Collection created in collaboration the architect Zaha Hadid.

A special area of the exhibition is also dedicated to the brand’s impressive Lo-Res (short for Low Resolution) Collection. Created using innovative computer software that converts any object into a polyhedral version with a metallic appearance, the Lo-Res Collection not only includes a selection of Lo-Res shoes, but also: a Lo-Res car, Lo-Res chair and Lo-Res hat. The collection perfectly embodies the goal of Selfridges’ Festival of Imagination.
